Noami Harvey

Podiatrist and Director

I graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2004; and completed further post graduate qualifications with a Master of Health Science (Podiatry specialisation) and Graduate Certificate in Diabetes. For the last 20 years I have worked as a podiatrist in hospitals, community health services, general practice and private practice; seeing patients in all life stages, from babies and beyond. I enjoy working in all aspects of foot health; from children and sporting injuries, to wound care, nail surgery, and skin and nail pathologies. I live on the South Coast with my husband, two children and dog. I like spending my spare time playing hockey, helping with my children’s sports, cooking and walking on the beach with the dog.

Georgia Garrett

Podiatrist

I graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2023. I am passionate about promoting and maintaining foot health and function. I aim to listen and collaborate with clients so I can formulate the best individualized care possible. Outside of work I love keeping active and spending time with friends and family.

Celina Pacheco

Podiatrist

I am a graduate podiatrist who completed my Bachelor of Podiatry in 2025 and recently relocated from Adelaide to Victor Harbor to join the Nurture Podiatry team. I enjoy working closely with people and am passionate about helping others improve their foot health and overall wellbeing. Originally from Argentina, I am fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.

Kali Furniss

Practice Manager

I am the practice manager for Nurture Podiatry. I joined the team in 2019 and completed my Allied Health Cert in 2021. In my spare time i enjoy spending time at the beach and travelling with my family. I also love playing basketball.

Lucy Haythorpe

Allied Health Administrator

I am one of the Allied Health Administrators at Nurture Podiatry and joined the team in September 2025. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science, and Master of Occupational Therapy at Flinders University. The allied health field sparks my interest, as I can make a practical and meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives. Outside of work I love finding gorgeous beaches, baking, dancing to good music and walking my dog.
